Service Description

This package offers the same two classes per week but also grants access to our fundamentals classes with free gi hire included for the duration of the 6 week block. An intro to the fundamentals of self defence, takedowns and submission holds. Twice per week Mondays at 1815-1915 and Wednesdays at 1815-1915 All you need to bring is a water bottle. No prior experience is needed. Please ensure you fill out our E-waiver prior.
